1.  Start a new message

2.  Left click one time on the image to highlight it

3.  Click on the Hyperlink button (see below)

4.  Where it says "Type the link: " click the drop-down button and choose "mail to"

5.  In the box under that, enter your e-mail address after the "mail to:" (see below)

6. Click OK
